Ephrem is Founder, President and CEO at WholeTEAM Consulting Group, LLC.
By profession, he is an IT business analyst—an IT professional specializing in requirements.
He is the maker of WholeTEAM.
He helps organizations and teams make great products, products that meet business needs well.
Since 2006 he has provided requirements support to various private and public sector clients
on IT modernization and digital transformation projects
while working at many consulting and technology services companies
and currently continues to do so.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota
where he graduated with honors in 1992.
Currently for his day job, he works for a major IT consulting and technology services company based in Northern Virginia,
providing hands-on requirements support on an IT modernization and digital transformation client project.
At present, he also serves as chief product evangelist and principal consultant at WholeTEAM Consulting Group, where
today his focus is teaching WholeTEAM.
For leisure, he likes to read, travel, and hike.
